Terms of Use - Crilam Loyalty

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crilam Loyalty mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Crilam Decorative Pvt. Ltd. ("Crilam", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, downloading the mobile application, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. User Eligibility

The Crilam Loyalty program is open to eligible individuals who reside in India and have reached the age of majority. Eligibility may be restricted based on your user category (e.g., Customer, Dealer, Retailer, Carpenter). We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are not eligible to participate.

3. Account Registration

To participate in the loyalty program, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and OTPs and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. QR Ownership and Scanning

QR codes affixed to Crilam Decorative products are the exclusive property of Crilam Decorative Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to scan these QR codes solely for the purpose of participating in the Crilam Loyalty program in accordance with these Terms.

Each valid QR code may only be claimed once.
Scanning a QR code does not guarantee a reward. All claims are subject to server-side validation.
QR codes may have expiration dates. Expired QR codes will not yield any rewards.

5. Reward Limitations and Redemptions

Points or rewards credited to your Crilam Loyalty wallet have no cash value outside of the Platform and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as explicitly provided in the redemption guidelines.

Crilam reserves the right to modify the reward value of any QR code at any time without prior notice.
Redemption of points is subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions specified at the time of redemption.
Points may expire if your account is inactive for a continuous period determined by Crilam.

6. Fraud and Misuse

Any fraudulent activity, misuse of the Platform, or violation of these Terms will result in the immediate termination of your account and the forfeiture of all accrued points. Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to:

Attempting to claim the same QR code multiple times.
Using unauthorized software, scripts, or bots to interact with the Platform.
Creating multiple accounts to bypass program limitations.
Tampering with or counterfeiting QR codes.

Crilam reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals engaged in fraudulent activities.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Platform or by other means. Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crilam Decorative Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Crilam Loyalty program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
