Claim Result Statuses

Upon scanning, your request is evaluated in real time. Below are the possible status outputs:

Claim Successful: Points/Reward credited instantly to your account.

QR Already Claimed: This code has already been redeemed previously.

QR Expired: The validity period for this promo QR code has passed.

QR Blocked: Code flagged for verification. Contact support.

Network Error: Connection timed out. Please retry scanning.

Loyalty Wallet

Track your earned points and transaction history seamlessly. Credit appears only after a successful server-confirmed claim. Your total balance is calculated and updated in real-time based on recorded valid transactions.
