Submit a request to permanently delete your Crilam Loyalty account and associated personal data.
Important Information
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- All unused wallet credits will be forfeited immediately upon account deletion.
- Your complete scan and claim history will be purged from active systems.
- Legally required financial and audit records may be retained according to Indian DPDP guidelines.
