Loyalty Program Terms - Crilam Loyalty

These Loyalty Program Terms ("Program Terms") supplement the general Terms of Use and apply specifically to your participation in the Crilam Loyalty rewards program operated by Crilam Decorative Pvt. Ltd.

1. Eligible Users

Participation is restricted to designated user categories including, but not limited to, registered Customers, Dealers, Retailers, and Carpenters who purchase or facilitate the sale of eligible Crilam Decorative products. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke eligibility at any time.

2. Eligible Products

Only specific Crilam Decorative products carrying the official Crilam Loyalty QR code sticker are eligible for earning rewards. Products without this designated QR code, or promotional items not explicitly included in the program, do not qualify for rewards.

3. QR Validity and Single-Use Rule

The core mechanism for earning rewards is scanning eligible QR codes. The following strict rules apply:

Single-Use Only: Each unique QR code is valid for a single, successful claim only.
Active Status: Only QR codes marked as "Active" in our secure database will yield a reward upon scanning.
Already Claimed: If a QR code has been previously scanned and successfully validated, subsequent scans will return an "Already Claimed" status and yield no reward.
Expired QR Codes: Certain promotional QR codes may have an expiration date. Scanning an expired code will not result in a reward.
Blocked QR Codes: We reserve the right to block specific QR codes or batches if fraud, counterfeiting, or misuse is suspected.

4. Reward Value and Wallet Credits

The reward value associated with a specific QR code is determined dynamically by our secure server at the exact time of a successful scan.

Reward values may fluctuate based on current promotions, user category, or other criteria defined by Crilam Decorative.
A reward is only considered earned and credited to your Loyalty Wallet after successful server-side validation.
Offline scans or unverified claims will not result in wallet credits.

5. Redemption

Points or credits accumulated in your Loyalty Wallet are strictly governed by active redemption rules.

Availability and Methods: Redemption availability, the methods available (e.g., bank transfer, gift vouchers, product discounts), limits, verification requirements, and processing timelines are subject to change and will be governed exclusively by the active program terms at the time of the redemption request.
No Guaranteed Immediate Cash: We do not promise or guarantee immediate cash payouts. All redemptions are subject to internal audit and processing timelines.

6. Fraud and Misuse

We employ advanced monitoring to detect fraud. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, reverse-engineer the application, counterfeit QR codes, or submit fraudulent claims will result in immediate permanent account termination, forfeiture of all wallet balances, and potential legal action.

7. Program Changes and Termination

Crilam Decorative Pvt. Ltd. reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Crilam Loyalty program, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. This includes the right to change reward structures, redemption options, or the value of accumulated points.
